We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. At ShrineDarshn, we aim to ensure a smooth and respectful process when it comes to cancellations or returns.
If a puja service or booking is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the service provider’s availability and preparation expenses incurred.
We kindly ask users to make cancellations as early as possible. Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or completed. If any items such as prasad or offerings were shipped, return is not applicable once dispatched. Digital services like live darshan or e-blessings are non-returnable once delivered. Bookings cancelled due to technical errors or double payments are reviewed and eligible for 100% refund.
Custom pujas with unique arrangements may include non-refundable charges. In case of service unavailability from our side, we offer either a full refund or an option to reschedule the service.
Please ensure that all refund or return requests are made through our official channels within 3 days of booking or scheduled service time.
We review every case individually and aim to process refunds promptly. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you have made a payment in error or your scheduled service was not delivered due to our internal issues, you are entitled to a full refund after verification.
